50's Prime Time Cafe
I love the honesty of kids. That includes a three year old who wants only to play in the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground. Forget all the rides - they are too noisy and crowded and not worth the wait.
Then there's the 10 year old
boy who wants the thrill of the Tower of Terror and the Stunt Show with burning rubber, flames, and stunt men falling off buildings.
Next there is the 9 year old girl who knows better than any adult how to pace herself and doesn't hesitate to say she
just needs to sit.
Finally you have Steve and me (remember - the "energetic eldery" as Colby labeled us) who managed to laugh our way through the Tower of Terror (I would have gone on it a second time if the wait wasn't so long) and graciously
accept the kids' sympathies when we lunched at the 50's Prime Time Cafe (they could't believe we lived that way).
We are now resting in our room with Sophia, watching Disney Jr., as the rest of the Groves continue to enjoy Hollywood Studios. Tomorrow
we are back at the Magic Kingdom for lunch in Cinderella's Castle followed by time in Epcot. Perhaps we will fit in a visit to the pool before the day ends.
